  1. We ship the products all over India.
  2. We ship through reputed courier companies to ensure safe and fast delivery.
  3. Delivery can take 1-3 working days for metro cities and 3-5 working days for rest of the India.
  4. If Product is in stock, we dispatch the product with in 48 hours of your order otherwise we will inform you by mail about availability of the product with in 2 days.
  5. In case if we are unable to deliver the product through courier then we deliver it through India Post.
  6. Any delay caused by courier company or India post is not our responsibility.
  7. If product is defective, damaged or broken, contact us with in 48 hours of delivery otherwise no return or refund claims will be entertained.
  8. State Taxes(if any) will be paid by courier company and collected from buyer. it is the responsibility of buyer to pay these taxes.
  9. Shipping charges are extra that depends on weight and quantity of product and comes automatically when you purchase a product.
  10. If reverse pickup has been arranged for defective/damaged products, after receiving the products back refund/replacement can be initiated.
  11. For reverse Pickup, Shipping Label of courier will be sent to customer email id and Label should be pasted on the box with original packing.
  12. Returns and warranty, if any , have been mentioned with particular products in product information page.
  13. We accept returns in case of wrong product delivery with original packing with in 2 days.
  14. Once order is confirmed, no cancellation will be entertained.
  15. If order is prepaid and customer did not accept, receive or collect the courier or return the courier then shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and rest will be refunded back after evaluating the issue.
  16. If order is cancelled by our end for any reason, we will refund the full amount back to your account or card whichever is applicable with in 10 working days.
  17. If order is failed or cancelled and money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded back to your card or account whichever is applicable.

  1. Warranty for one year if following conditions not void:
    • Seal of the product not damage
    • Product is not damage by electrical hazards of any means.

  2. Product can be returned during 10 days of purchase but should not be damage by any means as mentioned above.
    User has to courier the product and return only initiated if the product find in good condition. All courier charges has to be bear by user
  3. Product can be replaced with new version of product any time but extra charges user has to bear. The charges will only be decided by HIOT upon considering all the factors
  4. This product runs on cloud server. At beginning for one year company will pay the amount. After that user has to pay monthly charges not more than rs 150/- + GST.
    If the monthly charges is not paid then the controller can not be access through remote for instant operation like On/Off or any kind of configuration.  But if the schedule is already configure then home controller will continue with already defined schedule. After payment of monthly charges user again can access the controller from remote to update or add new configuration or instant operation i.e On/Off
